Sedicii makes the Financial Newtech Watchlist for 2020 and announces two new senior executives

There is plenty of activity at present at Sedicii. The Waterford-based multi-industry technology provider has been selected by a panel of Capgemini and Efma experts to appear on the Efma-Capgemini Financial NewTech Watchlist 2020. Also in June, Sedicii announced the appointment of two executives to the senior management team.

The Financial NewTech 2020 Watchlist was unveiled on May 28 during the Financial NewTech Challenge 2020 online ceremony. The prestigious list consists of 100 Financial New Techs providing B2B solutions for financial institutions worldwide. Hosted on the FinTechVisor portal, this challenge aimed to recognize the most innovative financial NewTechs and identify the most inspiring collaborative projects between NewTechs and financial institutions.

Sedicii’s two new executives are Dave Cunningham and Meaghan Johnson. Dave joins as Chief Commercial Officer with responsibility for Sedicii’s commercial development and partnerships working with CEO Rob Leslie, while Meaghan, a globally recognised leader in Financial Services, joins as Strategic Research Lead to bring her expertise to Sedicii’s own technology suite in addition to client and partner offerings.

CEO Rob Leslie commented that “Building digital solutions at scale for the digital age is hard. Trust is at the heart of how we interact online, and this requires a delicate balance between speed, security, and reliability. Navigating this challenge takes knowledge and experience and we are delighted to announce that globally respected innovators Dave and Meaghan have joined Sedicii to complement our own experience as we experience an unprecedented spike in demand.”
