Some great news for Waterford this morning as Bausch + Lomb announced plans to invest a further €90m into their Waterford facility.
This new investment will create an additional 130 jobs when production commences in 2023. In addition to this, around 150 jobs will be created for the construction.
The plant currently employs more than 1,500 people
Mark Hennessy, site lead at Bausch + Lomb, Waterford, said:
