Kilkenny based VeriConnect is expanding its operations in Britain and the North
VeriConnect, a Co Kilkenny business, is expanding its operations in Britain and the North as it targets programmes built around sustainability.
A recent Sunday Business Post article confirmed the expansion and Chief Executive, Ann-Marie McSorley noted that Enterprise Ireland had proven to be a vital asset for the business in its growth.
We won Google Adopt a Start-up and that was when Enterprise Ireland saw what we were doing. We went on the New Frontiers programme and then got competitive start funding. They have been there every step of the way and they continue to help us scale the business further,” she said.
Digitisation and sustainability are a big focus for Enterprise Ireland so we’re aligned with that. They have helped us a lot with strategy as well: we’ve learned that a lot of it is knowing what not to do.
The business, which was founded in 2017 by Ann-Marie McSorley, provides training and management programmes and software for the sustainability sector.
