John Cleere is the Director and founder of Unmake. Over the past 20 years, John has grown the design sprint agency Red Lemonade. He had seen a growing need from clients for business design, most notable, category design. This led to Unmake.
His role at Unmake is to inform and educate. Helping technology companies create and dominate new market categories via ‘short-cycle’ team projects.
A native of Kilkenny, leaving Dublin to grow the company 17 years ago. Since then, his role is to build relationships with companies and organisations, showing them how design can add real, quantifiable value to their digital product or service.
The goal is to deliver an offering that allows them to innovate faster and more efficiently. One of John’s passions is helping companies with complex product strategy issues to formulate a clear roadmap using design methodologies.
