Approval has been given to the South East Technological University (SETU) to expand its presence in Waterford with the purchase 20.3 acres of the 37-acre Waterford Crystal site, the entirety of what was offered to SETU.
The private developer for the Waterford North Quays project has now been confirmed and it is Harcourt Developments who were previously behind both the regeneration of the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast as the Titanic Quarter (pictured above) and the redevelopment of the Stanley Dock in Liverpool.
