The private developer for the Waterford North Quays project has now been confirmed and it is Harcourt Developments who were previously behind both the regeneration of the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast as the Titanic Quarter (pictured above) and the redevelopment of the Stanley Dock in Liverpool.
