Intrapreneurship masterclass for Ireland South East companies

Breakfast masterclass on intrapreneurship 8am – 9am, 20th April.

Over the past year the South East region has been used as a testbed for an innovative EU funded study into intrapreneurship. The study has been examining the entrepreneurial behaviour of employees leading to the development of new ventures within an organisation.

Researchers, Ron Immink and Bernd Mintjes, have looked at what best practice is within companies globally who gain a competitive advantage by harnessing and inspiring the entrepreneurial creativity of their employees.

This breakfast masterclass will be facilitated by Aidan McCullen, author of Undisruptable and host of the Innovation Show

It is designed to share the knowledge learned during this study directly to companies and SMEs within the region.

In one hour you can start to learn:

  • How employees can be an untapped resource of innovation, creativity and product development

  • The different tools that have been used by best practice organisations to harness the creativity of employees

  • The wider benefits/outcomes organisations have experienced from encouraging employees to engage in the entrepreneurial mindset

  • What maturity stage your organisation fits into in relation to intrapreneurship

Join us from 8am – 9am, 20th April to start your company’s intrapreneurship journey.
