Official Opening of The Food Studio at GreentechHQ Marks Major Milestone for Sustainable Food Innovation in the South East

GreentechHQ proudly celebrated the official opening of The Food Studio at its Business, Innovation, and Sustainability Centre of Excellence in Enniscorthy Technology Park last week.

Minister Peter Burke, T.D., Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, joined the celebrations to mark this significant milestone, alongside special guest and ambassador, Chef Julien Clemot of the Kevin Dundon School of Cookery.

The launch drew an exceptional turnout of community members, partners, and supporters, reflecting the strong enthusiasm for sustainable innovation in the region.

Ed Murphy, Founder of GreentechHQ, said:

We are thrilled to open The Food Studio as part of GreentechHQ’s commitment to driving innovation and sustainability in the food sector. This centre will provide an exciting platform for collaboration, creativity, and the advancement of sustainable food solutions.

Special thanks were extended to the GreentechHQ team – including Liz McGonigal, Jonathan Looby, and Daina Milner – whose dedication and vision helped bring The Food Studio to life. Recognition was also given to contributors on the day, including Bridget Crean and Jo Flood, Mindset Coach, for their invaluable support.

Located at Enniscorthy Technology Park, The Food Studio will serve as a hub for business growth, culinary innovation, and sustainable practices in the agri-food sector.

“This is only the beginning,” added Murphy. “Together with our partners, supporters, and community, we are building a future where sustainability and innovation go hand in hand.”
