Global banking and financial services giant State Street has been granted planning permission to build a new four-storey office building that will significantly expand its footprint within the region. The new development will happen at the site of its existing campus in the IDA Business and Technology Park in Kilkenny.
The build consists of a total floor area of 6100 mt sq, with an additional single-storey services building of 229 mt sq, new entrances, 406 new car parking spaces, bicycle parking facility, and site landing.
